The purpose of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) is to govern your use of the CricBet99 platform, which includes the website, the mobile application and all services provided through our official WhatsApp support channel. The creation of an ID or use of any part of the platform is confirmation of full reading, understanding and acceptance of these Terms. Please read them carefully before you start – they’re written in plain language, for a reason.
1. Eligibility
CricBet99 is only for people 18 years old or older. In creating an ID, you represent and warrant that you are at least this age. Furthermore, the rules of online gaming differ from state to state and territory in India. You are solely responsible for determining whether use of this platform is allowed in your state or region in accordance with the law. Eligibility requirements may be subject to our discretion and we may refuse or close accounts if we are not satisfied that the eligibility criteria have been met.
Every person can have only one ID. It is not allowed to create or operate multiple IDs (directly or via family members, friends or associates) and may lead to suspension of all the accounts and loss of all related balances after review.
2. Account Responsibilities
Your username and password is confidential. All activity from your ID is your responsibility, including activity by anyone you gave your ID to, intentionally or negligently. It is highly recommended to change your password after your initial logon and not to share it with anybody. Under no circumstances will CricBet99 staff ask for your password.
No selling, transferring, renting or sharing of accounts is allowed. An account is only for the person who it is created for.
You consent to enter correct information in forming your account and maintaining current withdrawal account information. Withdrawals can only be processed to accounts registered against your ID.
3. Deposits
The minimum amount is 1 hundred rupees (₹100). All payments must be made to the official account information that you receive in a conversation on our official WhatsApp support number. Any payment made to any other number, website or individual will not be traced, credited or recovered by us and we accept no liability for such payments.
The normal time to credit deposits is within 5 minutes. If your balance hasn’t been updated, please reach out to support providing your payment screenshot and transaction reference number. Funds deposited from third party payment accounts (accounts not in your name) may be placed on hold for verification.
4. Withdrawals
The lowest amount one can withdraw is five hundred rupees (₹500). The withdrawals are done 24/7 and usually take 10-15 minutes to reflect in your account, up to 1 hour during peak hours.
The withdrawal is paid only to the bank/upi account registered in your name. If there are signs of fraud, multiple accounting, bonus abuse or other violations, withdrawals may be suspended for investigation. These reviews will be carried out as soon as possible and the result will be conveyed via formal support.
5. Betting and Settlement
All bets are made in accordance with our Rules page as published, which is part of these Terms. Some of the main concepts are: The user can’t cancel a matched bet. If a market is suspended by the platform, it will not accept new bets and any bet made after the market is suspended is cancelled. A bet placed at odds that come from an obvious technical error or palpable error may be cancelled at our discretion and stakes returned. If a market is declared void, for instance an abandoned match, the stakes on that market are returned 100%.
Settlement decisions are based on the official result as determined by the governing body or official score sheet. Settlement disputes will be made within 24 hours of settlement with the market, match and bet details, and our decision based on the published rules is final.
6. Promotions and Bonuses
In addition to these Terms, any bonus, offer or promotion will have its own terms. Promotions abuse, such as multiple accounts, collusion between accounts or bet structures that are only used to obtain the bonus value without any real risk, is not allowed and may lead to the loss of the bonus value and associated winnings.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Multiple IDs, automated betting software, bots or scripts, any match-fixing or spot-fixing related activity, or abuse of bonuses or promotions as described above, funding from illegal sources, attempting to interfere with the platform’s software or security, or abusive, threatening or fraudulent behavior toward platform staff are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate account suspension or termination.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide access to the platform at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades or other circumstances beyond our control may cause downtime. If you are unable to access the platform, including bets that you could not make or withdraw, we will not be held responsible for any losses you may incur.
9. Limitation of Liability
The platform is supplied “as is”. CricBet99 is not liable for any losses that may occur due to failure of internet connection, equipment failure, user error, divulged credentials or for your participation in betting activity to the greatest extent allowed by law. Betting is a real money risk and it is up to you to decide whether or not to take part. All information on this site is non-financial in nature.
10. These Terms may be updated from time to time.
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on this page at all times with the date it comes into effect. Accepting an update to the Terms is deemed to be acceptance of the Terms as they stand after the update. Material changes will be indicated at the top of this page for 30 days.
11. Severability and Entire Agreement
Should any clause of these Terms be held to be unenforceable, the other clauses remain in full force. These Terms, in conjunction with the published Rules page and Privacy Policy, form the whole agreement between you and CricBet99 for the use of the platform and replace any previous understanding given via any other means.
