May I hand my ID over to someone else to use?

Is it possible to change my username?

Your username is set when you create your account and cannot be changed, however your password can be changed at any time and we recommend changing it regularly. In case you specifically need a different username, please contact support and they will provide you with a new ID during this process, any balance on your old ID can be transferred to the new one.

How many IDs does one person have?

Exactly one. Multiple accounts are the most popular way of abusing bonuses and engaging in fraud, hence the one user-one ID policy. Where more than one ID is identified as belonging to the same person, all of these IDs may be suspended and subject to review. If you have lost access to an old ID, don’t create a new one, contact support and recover the old one.

If I take a break from playing, what will happen to my ID?

Nothing is deleted. IDs that have not been used for over ninety days may be frozen in security mode, which means that no one can log in until you contact support to confirm ownership.
