This page will tell you exactly how each type of bet on CricBet99 is determined. These rules are made available in advance, are applicable to all users and are the final basis for any settlement question. General Principles
The four principles are applicable to all markets on the platform.
- Firstly, a matched bet is a final bet. After your bet has been matched, you can no longer cancel or edit it, even if the match situation changes.
- Secondly, official results are the basis of settlement. All markets are settled based on the official result published by the appropriate governing body, official scorecard or, in the case of casino games, the result declared by the live dealer. The official record takes precedence over media reports, provisional scores and app glitches.
- No betting is allowed in suspended markets, third. If a market is suspended, e.g. if a wicket falls, then any bet placed after the suspension is cancelled and the stake is returned.
- Fourth, errors which are obvious are voidable. In the event of a technical error, if the odds are clearly incorrect (e.g. if the market is inverted), then the bets placed at such odds will be cancelled and the stakes will be returned. This protection is bidirectional and is fair to all.
Cricket — Match Odds
Match winner markets are based on the official result of the match. In the event that a match is abandoned or a match has no result, then the match odds market is cancelled and all stakes are returned in full. In the event of a match being won by a Super Over, the Super Over winner is determined as the match winner. In the event of a venue or scheduled date change, and the match is still played within the series window, bets remain in effect.

Session markets (e.g. runs scored in the first 10 overs) are only settled at the end of the session. Markets on a batsman that do not become active are cancelled if the batsman is timed out or absent.
The basic rule of thumb in a rain affected or interrupted match is the following: Markets that were naturally finished before the rain are settled; markets that were genuinely undecided are void.
Cricket — Toss
Toss markets settle when the official toss result is made. If the match later has to be abandoned without a ball being bowled, the toss still stands.
Football
Match odds are determined on the score at the end of regulation (ninety minutes plus injury time as added by the referees). Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included in the match odds settlement unless the market specifically includes that (such as a “to lift the trophy” market). If a match is postponed and not played within 48 hours of the original start time, then bets are cancelled.
Tennis
A match winner market will be cancelled and winnings returned if a player drops out of the game at any time after the game has started, due to retirement or disqualification, whatever the score is. Completed set markets are based on actual results; uncompleted sets are null.
